Core range: Ink and Dagger IPA, Apocalyptic Thunder Juice NEIPA, Lorita Passionfruit Pale, Everyday Hero Session IPA… a fair amount of IPAs. Also Lush, a raspberry and lime sour, and Run to the Pils, our lager.
Primary market: Two-thirds of our production heads to export, with Sweden and the UK making up the bulk of that.
How long have you been brewing? Professionally, since 2013.
What’s the first beer you ever brewed? Earl’s Pale Ale, served on cask at the Earl of Essex in London.
Besides contribution to the brewing community, why did you want to apply to Project X? Keen on working more closely with the people who supply us with one of our most important ingredients.
What beer styles do you generally brew? Hazy IPAs, big stouts, and sours.
How many people are in your team? A humble but hardworking 10.
What is your brewery’s message? Have a beer, drink an experience.
Who are your current suppliers? Simply Hops for Hops; Weyermann and Fuglsang for malt; Bayerwald for fruits, Crown for cans.
